Dr. Noor Zaman Jhanjhi is currently working as Professor, Program Director Postgraduate Research Degree Programmes, and Cluster Head for Cybersecurity research Cluster at the School of Computer Science & Engineering, Taylor’s University, Malaysia. He is supervising a significant number of Postgraduate students, mainly in Cybersecurity for Data Science. CSS5 and Cybersecurity research cluster/Lab has extensive research collaboration globally with several professionals. He has 21 years of teaching, research, and administrative experience internationally. He has an intensive background of academic quality accreditation in higher education related to the ABET, (EECHES) at King Faisal University Saudi Arabia. Dr. NZ Jhanjhi serves as AE and EAB for several reputable journals, including IEEE Access, PC member for several conference, guest editor. Awarded globally as a top 1% reviewer by Publons (WoS), awarded as an outstanding AE of IEEE Access for 2020. He has high indexed publications in SCI/WoS/Scopus, his collective research Impact factor is more than 250 points. He has several Patents, edited/authored more than 30 research books. He has vast experience in supervising postgraduate students. He is an external Ph.D./Master thesis examiner/evaluator for several universities globally. Sachin Kumar received the B.Tech. degree from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow, India, in 2009, and the M.Tech. and Ph.D. degrees from Netaji Subhas University of Technology (East Campus), Delhi, India, in 2011 and 2016, respectively. He was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Kyungpook National University, South Korea, from 2018 to 2021. He is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology, Greater Noida, India. His name was featured in the list of “World’s Top 2% Scientists” in the 2021-2025 database released by Stanford University, USA and Elsevier. He was a recipient of the Teaching-cum-Research Fellowship from the Government of NCT of Delhi, India, and the Brain Korea 21 Plus Research Fellowship from the National Research Foundation of South Korea. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers, India, a Life Member of the Indian Society for Technical Education, and a Member of the Korean Institute of Electromagnetic Engineering and Science.

Prof., Muazzam A. Khan Khattak, Quaid -i- Azam University, Pakistan
Prof. Khattak (Member NADRA Authority Board) listed among top 2% highly cited scientists of the world in 2024 and 2025. Currently he is serving as Director Farabi Center for Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security, Director Science & Tech / Director ICESCO Chair Data Analytics and Edge Computing, Quaid i Azam University, Islamabad. He is also Chairperson of UNESCO National IFAP Committee. Earlier he served as Associate Dean Computing and Head Postgraduate Program at SEECS, NUST. He received his PhD in a sandwich from IIUI and University of Missouri (UMKC), USA. He also completed his postdoc from University of Missouri (UMKC), USA in 2016 and joined them as an adjunct Professor. He has published more than 230 publications, 02 books and 16 book chapters with total citations of 6440 and h-index of 44. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence based smart solutions for different research problems in Internet of Things, IoVs, IIoTs, Smart Cities, Information security, He is also serving as adjunct professor at USAK University, Turkiye, Baku State University, Azerbaijan, Harbin Institute of Technology, China and Margullan University, Kazakhstan. He has been awarded with the Pakistan Academy of Science-COMSTECH Gold Bedal in Computer Science (IT), best performance award by the Minister of education in 2023 and Performance based awards at NUST from 2015 to 2019. In 2024 he was nominated for the prestigious civil award Tamgha-e-Imtiaz in 2024. He has been awarded with grants of Rs. 1.7 billion by the Ministry of Education, Kazakhstan, British Council, University of Missouri, USA, USAK University, Turkiye, and Margullan University, Kazakhstan. He is also a member of the International advisory board, USAK University, Türkiye and Baku State University, Azerbaijan, Member Senate MUST University, AJK and senior member of Pakistan Academy of Sciences. He is a master trainer in IPFP and train in the trainers program by NAHE, Higher Education Academy, HEC Pakistan.

Qingsheng Zeng received his Ph.D. from University of Ottawa, Canada, and is currently a professor and PhD advisor of Université du Québec an Outaouais (UQO), an adjunct professor and PhD advisor of University of Ottawa, Carleton University, and Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique -- Centre Energie, Matériaux et Télécommunications (INRS-EMT). He has been a research engineer and a senior research engineer at Communications Research Centre Canada (CRC), Government of Canada. Dr. Zeng has undertaken research and teaching in several fields, including analysis and design of aircraft antennas, electromagnetic compatibility and interference (EMC/EMI), ultrawideband technology, radio wave propagation, computational electromagnetics. He has been the Chair of AP (Antennas and Propagation) / MTT (Microwave Theory and Techniques) Joint Chapter and Secretary of EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) Chapter of IEEE Ottawa, a Member of IEEE Canada Industry Relations Committee, and a senior member of IEEE. Dr. Zeng has been a member of the Strategic Projects Grant (SPG) Selection Panel (Information and Communications Technologies B) for the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC), a member of Site Visit Committee of NSERC Industrial Research Chair (IRC), and a reviewer of NSERC Industrial R&D Fellowships.
